主要職責

• Strategize, initiate and manage AIHK section fundraising plans 
• Manage all regular giving activities ranging from donor recruitment (including developing new techniques), retention to program performance
• Explore and develop new fundraising sources for the section
• Plan, develop, and manage appropriate fundraising events 
• Develop and lead multi-channel communication strategies 
• Develop together with the campaign team, joint campaign and fundraising strategies, plans and actions

資歷要求

• Minimum 5 years of Fundraising experience of which at least 3 year at managerial level
• University degree with experience with regular giving program within an NGO setting
• Familiar with and committed to human rights issues
• Strong budgetary and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills  (English and Cantonese)
• Working knowledge of membership database systems
• Familiar with the Hong Kong fundraising environment
