Cases of ambiguous situation, like employers who do not hire butch women or gay bars that disallow women from entering (or lesbian bar forbidding men from entering). Even more extreme cases of company requiring gay men to test for AIDS, sauna that disallow HIV+ persons from joining, same-sex sexual harassment, transgender persons or cross dressers using bathroom other than their own biological gender. While we are waiting for the adoption of Sexual Orientation Discrimination Ordinance, the existing discrimination ordinances could still help you.

Women Coalition of HKSAR, Hong Kong Rainbow, the Association for the Advancement of Feminism, Amnesty International Hong Kong Section successfully held a EOC seminar on 2 March 2008. A Senior Training Officer from EOC was the speaker and a high turnout rate was recorded.
