Amnesty International Hong Kong LGBTI Group organised a charity screening of movie “Suk Suk” and sharing event on Oct 14. The event was sold out! Thank you all for coming!
In the sharing session, Ray Yeung, the director of the movie shared the difficulties in casting, while Professor Travis Kong, the author of “Oral Histories of Older Gay Men in Hong Kong: Unspoken but Unforgotten” told us challenges older gay men faced in Hong Kong. We were also glad to have a member of “Gay & Grey” to share his real life story of being gay in Hong Kong.
Once again, thank you all for joining the event. If you missed the event, watch out our social media platform for a wrap up video of the event. Let’s work harder to promote equality for all!
