Youth Network

Youth Network

The Youth Network is a sub-group of Amnesty International Hong Kong, formed by young people from all walks of life who come together with the aim of raising awareness of human rights through educational seminars, campaigns, as well as informal gatherings.

Launched in 2018, the Youth Network’s goal is to provide a platform empowering young people to play an active part in engaging with human rights.  The Youth Network has organised various campaigns including Quiz Night and global photo campaigns; participated in various local marches such as the #FridaysForFuture climate strike and anti-ELAB marches and represented AIHK on various global platforms. Through organising campaigns and workshops we provide a platform for Hong Kong’s youth to engage with human rights issues both locally and globally. Besides, we also raise awareness of the human rights situation in Hong Kong globally, and call for action when needed.

Youths below the age of 25 are most welcomed to join our group – let’s become the change we want to see!
